Research conducted by Mercari R4D has been featured in a report titled De-Silo Research Report─30 Key Issues for Unlocking the Future of Humanities and Social Science, published by General Incorporated Association De-Silo.

This report brings to light the current challenges faced by researchers in the humanities and social sciences fields and the structural background of such challenges, and presents 30 key issues aimed at unlocking future potential in these fields. The report features R4D initiatives including the ELSI project, PhD Support Program, and personnel exchange program.
At an event commemorating the release of the report on September 19, R4D member Mari Inoue presented information about the team’s efforts and discussed with participants the future of the humanities and social sciences fields.
