Event overview

The University of Tokyo’s Research Institute for an Inclusive Society through Engineering (RIISE) and Mercari, Inc.’s R&D organization, Mercari R4D, will host an asynchronous symposium on “value exchange engineering” that showcases the organizations’ joint research. The symposium, the first of its kind to explore value exchange engineering, will delve into this young research field to examine both where it stands today as well as where it is headed for the future. In addition to participation from experts and researchers active in the field, the symposium also aims to advance dialogue with the public. Participants will attend the symposium using an asynchronous online tool.
